In accordance with the law

In Italy, those responsible for waste collection, disposal, and management, as well as the municipalities that directly manage the service, are required to “periodically verify the quality and effectiveness of their services, including obtaining user feedback, and to ensure complete information regarding the methods and quality of service delivery.”

With Junker, everything becomes simple and immediate: simply insert a button that allows citizens to access surveys, questionnaires designed to gather feedback on the collection service.

Purpose of the surveys

The questionnaires are created by the Municipality and/or the Waste company and are available to all users located in the municipality in the Junker app. The objective is to anonymously collect data useful for evaluating:

  • the quality of services perceived by users;
  • the level of satisfaction with the services provided in the area of ​​urban waste management;
  • the effectiveness of the urban waste management system in relation to user needs.

  • the Ecosportello services and the fixed and mobile collection centers;
  • the experience with the call center;
  • the clarity of the payment slip;

Caratteristiche

The Municipality/Manager can compose the survey as desired or purchase pre-written question packages to submit to citizens.

Users can access the survey from the Services menu.

A direct link is generated for access via external media (Municipality/Manager website, social media channels).

It is cross-platform: responses can also be submitted on the operator’s tablet or smartphone.

After the survey, the Junker team will produce a report with the results, highlighting the data most relevant to the customer.
